About The Landing
The Landing is a gracious, historic property dating back to 1800. This boutique hotel overlooks the harbour in the heart of Dunmore Town, an easy five minute stroll to the powder fine, pink sand beach where we have our own beach chairs and umbrellas for our guests to enjoy.
Our twelve guest rooms are designed and inspired by India Hicks in a classic plantation style with colonial inspired Caribbean influences. Visit “The Cellar” to make a purchase from his Wine Spectator award winning list or discover his collection of Cuban and other Caribbean rums, and fine spirits.
The library offers a quiet place to relax in a huge cane chair or cozy sofa and read one of the novels or photographic books that line the shelves. In the evening, sit back in one of the Adirondack chairs on the wide verandah and watch the sun set over the harbour. Guests can refresh themselves at the bar and dine in our world-class restaurant, which features a contemporary menu based on seafood and expertly prepared by Chef Vincent Vitlock.
Welcome to the beautiful and hidden Touch of Class villa, located in beautiful Little Bay, Eleuthera. With its prime Caribbean oceanfront location this villa is charming and amongst the finest construction with quality furnishings and excellent attention to detail. Each floor is 900 sq. ft., providing a spacious and comfortable experience and we are able to offer the option to rent as an elegant 1 bedroom 1 bath for couples or a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath for families or larger groups up to 8. With either option you will have the residence and grounds to yourself as it will be offered exclusively and never to separate groups at the same time, thus ensuring your privacy. All rentals include snorkel gear & access to our two brand new kayaks. The first kayak is rigged for fishing, and is an Eagle Talen 12 ft., Ocean fishing kayak. The second kayak is non other than a Carib two-person glass bottom ocean kayak.

Touch Of Class has one of a kind craftsmanship with 14 foot high vaulted cypress ceilings, each floor is 900 sq. ft. encompassed with two 900 sq. ft. wrap around sundeck’s, floor to ceiling glass doors all with retractable screen, not to mention customized mood lighting complete with dimmer switches for you to create an ambiance of your very own. We believe at Touch Of Class that comfort is key while vacationing. Renting is on a first come first served basis.
