We fish from Davis Harbour on the southern end of Eleuthera. Whems Bite is the closest community to the marina.
Captain Gibson has been fishing the waters of South Eleuthera for many years. You're sure to have a great day on the water.
All fishing tackle, bait, ice, and soft drinks are provided. Any fish caught will be cleaned and bagged for you at the end of the day.
Be sure to bring sun block, a hat, sunglasses, a camera, and deck shoes.
Eleuthera Tours was founded in October 2010. It is owned and operated by Donald and Kristel Anderson. We are fully licensed to do land and boat tours. We have our tour business license, charter fishing license, seafood sales license, and all current health certificates.
Donald was born and raised in Deep Creek, Eleuthera. He started fishing and exploring the waters around South Eleuthera as a very young boy. As he got older, he ventured farther and farther and has done many sea trips to Nassau, Exuma, Andros, Jamaica... He is an accomplished and knowledgeable boatsman. Donald has his Class B captains license.
Kristel has been coming to Eleuthera since 1995 and living full time in Deep Creek since 2006. She was born and raised in New York and at the age of 15 moved to Florida. She has spent much of her life on the beach or the sea. As a young girl she raced sailboats with her father around the waters of Long Island, Block Island, and the west coast of Florida and later spent a good amount of time on power boats fishing and touring. She is a certified PADI SCUBA diver.
We have two boats we use for the tour business. "DA Reef Dancer" is a 26' Eduardono Panga. "DA Reef Runner" is a 22' Olympia Sport. Both are center console. DA Reef Dancer has a 200hp Yamaha engine on it. "DA Reef Runner" has a Yamaha 150. Both boats are Bahamian registered with the Port Department.
We love to travel. We go on cruises and we explore on our own. And when we travel, we love to see the "real" parts of the places we travel. We have learned that you get a lot more out of your trip when you have a local person who can explain what you are looking at and take you to places you maybe wouldn't/couldn't get on your own. We know what we like when we go on trips and on tours - so we feel we know what you might like and we try to give it to you! When you come with us on one of our tours, you're part of the family.

Our small size allows us to offer our clients a highly personalized level of service, so you can expect us to adapt to your needs as best we can.

Crystal clear water, large beautiful beaches with no one on them, complimentary sunrise and sunsets daily with frequent green flashes at sunset, friendly people with no crime, great food, undeveloped and laid back atmosphere, wonderful climate, one hour from Florida with 3 airports on an island 110 miles long and mostly narrow, with lots of vacation rental homes and a few small boutique hotels. This is paradise re-defined.
Ocean Fox Cotton Bay provides professional scuba diving and snorkeling from our base of operation at Davis Harbour Marina at the South end of Eleuthera. We strive to provide our clients with a highly personalized level of service and adapt to our clients needs as best we can. Generally we suggest four (4) to six (6) divers with a maximum of eight (8), all accompanied in water by our Dive Master Daryl Miller on either Topdog or Underdog.
We typically do two (2) tank dives for a trip, but we can do three (3) tank dives along with lunch and perhaps throw in a beach visit as well. Just tell us what your group would like to do and we will do our best to customize the trip to satisfy you and your group, family or friends.
Cost for our standard two (2) tank dive is $170/diver + 7.5% VAT with a minimum of 4 divers where we provide all equipment. If there are four (4) or more divers and a diver is only needing a tank and weights, then the cost is $130/diver + 7.5% VAT. Prices do not include gratuity/tips for crew or staff.
